Out loud, at the door or the window. The whole staff treats first-timers like a priority because that is how we built our reputation.

Answer three quick questions
How do you want to feel: clear, sleepy, social, focused? Smoke, eat, or sip? Have you used cannabis before, and if so, how often? That is enough to map the right shelf.

Start low, go slow
Edibles: 2.5–5 mg of THC. Pre-rolls: one or two pulls. Vapes: a single pull and wait ten minutes. You can always do more later.

What we hear most.

What do I need to bring on my first visit?

A government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older, plus cash, a debit card with PIN, or CanPay. That is it. No medical card needed for adult-use.

Will I look dumb if I don't know what to ask?

Genuinely no. Tell the budtender, "this is my first time" and they will ask three or four questions about how you want to feel and how often you have used cannabis (if ever). They guide from there.

How do you claim the 35% off?

Mention "first-time visit" at the register or in the drive-thru lane. We mark you in the system the first time, so you cannot stack first-visit savings twice, but you keep every other discount you qualify for after.

How much should a first-time customer buy?

Most first-timers leave with one or two low-dose products: a 5 mg edible four-pack, a pre-roll, or a 0.5g vape cart. Spend less than $40 and see how it goes. You can always come back; we are open every day.

Will the high last all night?

It depends on dose and product. A 5 mg edible peaks around 90 minutes in and softens after three to four hours. An inhaled puff peaks within 10 minutes and softens after 60 to 90. Plan accordingly.
